After a long and sometimes difficult refurbishment the Steam Tug Challenge is back in steam and shown leaving Shoreham, which has been her home port for the past eight years or so. The journey from Shoreham was VERY trying with Force 6 gusting 7 on the nose & wind against tide making for a VERY unpleasant & long (14 hours) journey with at one point their speed over the ground being just 1.5 knots despite a boat speed of 7 knots. A good test of her new equipment which all functioned very well.
